Putting communities first

We actively engage with communities to put them at the heart of their own development by engaging in strategies, projects, needs assessments or evaluations that affect them. We have a strong track record in building and strengthening local involvement and leadership.

EVALUATION

Our broad background has enabled us to provide informed, independent evaluation of projects from local to national scale and communicate our findings in clear, useful reports. We have used and developed a Theory of Change framework to plan and deliver evaluation.

PATIENT VOICE

We work on a range of projects to encourage and build participation of patients to inform health services, policies and strategies. Alongside that, we work directly with people with lived experience to support them in finding their voice and sharing their experience to drive change.

TRAINING

As part of many of our projects, we provide training to help our clients achieve their goals. This may involve group sessions or one-to-one capacity building. We also offer tailored training and have a new one-day course aimed at those involved in peer research and facilitation.
