Gillian Granville – Academic Adviser
Gillian’s background is in carrying out evaluation activities of complex social programmes, specialising in Theory of Change evaluation methodology.
This enables programmes to understand what works for which groups of people and in what particular circumstances, and why certain activities produce particular outcomes and what drives those changes.
Gillian’s work at WSA
As Academic Adviser to WSA Community Consultants, Gillian offers support and input to our team. This is specifically in relation to the Maternal Mental Health Alliance work but she does offer ad hoc advice to other work we do.
This supports the team to ensure rigour and help with the planning and implementation of the agreed methodology.
Gillian shares her expertise on realist Theory of Change, helping to ensure focus and acting as a support but also providing challenge for the team.
