Vicky Daborn Tedder – Evaluation and Training Manager

Vicky has been working at WSA supporting a range of projects and leading on evaluations. Vicky has a passion for helping communities to understand and use their data and empower them to evidence and support their work. Vicky came to WSA after completing her PhD brought a passion for grass-roots activities as well as a desire to engage with these in a more practical way.

With a background in qualitative research, Vicky is enthusiastic about visual and participatory methods allowing communities to explore and represent their own experience.

Vicky is currently on maternity leave with her daughter Cerys until August 2019.

Vicky has put her passion and experience into practice by taking active roles in a number of projects, including leading on evaluation projects for Leonard Cheshire, undertaking research for clients including area-based initiatives and development of community plans, and being a key part of the Everyone’s Business evaluation team, leading on the analysis of secondary data, case studies and members survey.
