Our way of working
We work in such a manner so not just to fill a knowledge or skill gap but also to effectively allow our clients to learn from our experience and transfer our knowledge so sustainable results can be maintained after any particular project is complete.
To support us in our work, we use a range of frameworks and models to support good practice, and have experience of tools such as participatory appraisal, participative consultation, and planning and evaluation tools.
We work with stakeholders to develop evaluation frameworks using a theory of change approach and undertake external evaluations to feed into learning.
