Wanted: organised strategic thinker, team player and practical doer who wants to make a difference

Role: Administration and Project Support Manager, WSA Community Consultants

4 days / 30 hours (based on 37.5 hour week)

£26 – £30k pro-rata, depending on experience

Remote working plus 2 days a week in our north London office. Hours can be worked over 4 days or more flexibly to help with childcare.

We’re looking for a safe pair of hands to develop and manage WSA Community Consultants’ back-office operations. By making a difference to how our business is run, you’ll be making a difference to the communities we support and empower every day.

Joining our core team of four, you’ll lead on administration, project support, IT, communications and systems development, while also managing your own reports and external associates.

You’ll be a vital member of our management team, ensuring our diverse range of community development, evaluation and training projects run as smoothly as possible.

Like everyone else in our small team, you’ll be willing to flex and adapt on a daily basis, transitioning from scoping out CRM-system options and managing invoices to copying training materials and supporting events as required.

If you can plan for the future, know your way around MS Office and Zoom, and are a real team player, we’d love to hear from you.
