Meet the WSA Community Associates Network, a group of skilled professionals who bring passion, experience and a wide range of
knowledge to our work.

Wendy Sugarman

Wendy Sugarman is the Company Director of WSA Community and brings over 30 years’ experience of youth and community work to every WSA Community project.

 

Wendy is an experienced and passionate community development practitioner. Her skills and experience encompass research, monitoring and evaluation, project management and community participation.

 

An effective and efficient manager and skilled facilitator, Wendy builds mutual trust by flying a flag for people and communities and practising open and clear communication with all WSA Community clients. She’s a strong advocate of collaboration and co-creation, as evidenced by projects conducted alongside communities and stakeholders in the UK and abroad.

 

Highly skilled in approaching complex and sensitive issues, Wendy has facilitated the development of sustainable solutions for projects focused on improving health outcomes, enhancing local capacity and reducing inequality.

Sarah Clement
