Community engagement empowers people to lead change in their communities and contribute to local policy and service delivery. WSA Community’s How to Engage with Communities course is aimed at those who are looking to develop or strengthen their planning and engagement skills using a community development approach.

 

The course helps you explore creative and meaningful ways to engage communities to lead positive change, while also considering planning and evaluation.

Who is this course for?

 

  • Community development workers, active community workers or residents and people from all sectors who have a community development part of their role.
  • It is best suited to those who want to deepen their knowledge and develop the skills that underpin community engagement.
