COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AND ENGAGEMENT

WSA Community has been commissioned by Local Trust to plan and facilitate four workshops for Big Local areas on Measuring Change. These workshops were designed to help Big Local Partnerships to begin to formulate action plans on the steps they would take to make improvements to their areas and how they would measure the effectiveness of these changes. Each area attending receives an action plan from the day and this will help them going forward to think about the kinds of things that will indicate success and can be measured to show evidence of change.  

Big Local areas could then use these skills to assess their existing Big Local plans to find out what elements were going well, what wasn’t going to plan and how to make improvements. Feedback from the session will help to inform Local Trust’s development for further support for Big Local areas in measuring change.
